This is a great interview with the Cleveland Cavaliers player Kevin Love. He decided to start practicing yoga with yogi Kent Katich as a means to strengthen his basketball skills. Yoga was the perfect choice for him. He found that his yoga improved his performance in the weight room and on the basketball court. He practices yoga regularly and is always improving at it. He said it has helped his focus on the court and improved his flexibility. He said yoga is a very challenging workout and he welcomes that challenge.

This video is a fantastic example of how a regular yoga practice can benefit all athletes!
