watermelon popsiclesThe hot summer weather is upon us now and sometimes a cold drink or ice cream hit the spot Keep cool on hot days with this healthy recipe for watermelon popsicles. This is a delicious and easy recipe with very few ingredients. It is very healthy and hydrating as well. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

The recipe does not have any added sweeteners but you may choose to add pulp-free orange juice to add some sweetness. Another option is to add a tablespoon or two of agave nectar or honey.


  • 4 1/2 cups chopped organic watermelon
  • 3/4 cup water


Blend everything in a blender. Pour into non-toxic popsicle molds. Freeze and then eat! Totally simple. You’ll get a varied amount of pops depending on how you measure your watermelon and if you add orange juice and/or sweetener.
